Returns & Refunds Policy
At Ossett Brewery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order, but please note that due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are typically only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue regarding your beverages or merchandise.
- 2.Provide Evidence
For damaged goods or quality concerns, please attach clear photographs of the packaging and product labels to help us investigate.
- 3.Return Authorization
Once reviewed, we will provide a return authorization and instructions on whether the physical product needs to be sent back to the brewery.
- 4.Refund Processing
After approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or a replacement shipment will be dispatched.
