How long does shipping take and what are the costs?

We offer standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days. Shipping is free on all orders over £50, while a flat rate of £6.95 applies to smaller orders to ensure your glass bottles are packed securely.

Do you offer local click-and-collect services?

Yes, you can choose the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout to pick up your order directly from the Ossett Brewery shop. Most orders are ready for collection within 24 hours.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

While we use specialist reinforced packaging, accidents can happen. If any bottles are broken during transit, please take a photo and contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Are your beers suitable for vegans or vegetarians?

Many of our modern craft cans are vegan-friendly. However, some of our traditional cask ales use isinglass finings. Please check the 'Dietary Info' section on each product page for specific details.

Can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched from the brewery, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier's portal to monitor your delivery's progress.

What is the shelf life of your bottled and canned beers?

Our bottled and canned beers typically have a shelf life of 6 to 12 months. Each individual container is clearly marked with a 'Best Before' date to ensure you enjoy our beer at its peak freshness.
